New forum type-game.

So, here it is. Just a forum, waiting for somebody to fill it up with interesting things. Let us all talk about ourselves. And try to figure out what the least asked question is. Once we do, we can spam the shoutbox, again and again, with our answer until he has to reply! Mua, ha ha haaa. It's time for us dedicated last few to rally together and fight for new chapters! Who shall be our leader?!

*Getting really quite worked up!*

I agree

Hopefully, even in the absence of Jason himself, we can get some sort of community going. At least for a little while. It might even (although this is just a dream) inspire Jason to really start up again.

Oh, and my vote for the "least asked question" is what changes he is planning to make to the story engine. I'm pretty sure that he said once that he was going to redo the engine.

He did. And then that statement mysteriously vanished at some point. He did say a while ago that he was making changes that would make it easier to continue the story, or something like that.

I think this is a great idea. The forum got going again for a little while some time back when I started replaying the chapters and tried to figure out whodunnit for Story 8. I don't remember if I've ever been any good at predicting the outcome of earlier chapters, though.

What are we waiting for? let us spam the hell out of the shoutbox with our answer! Tee hee hee... skulls and bones, happy skulls, shells devoid of life... tee hee. So, who shall be our leader?

I'm just curious; how often does everybody here check the website? I admit that I come here every day (although I usually only stay for the 3 seconds it takes me to realize that nothing new has happened). Do you check weekly? Monthly? Yearly???

I visit the site daily, read the shoutbox and leave again. Now that the forum is going again I visit the site more than usually, which means a few times a day instead of only once.

I visit once a day first thing in the morning, check for discussion, and vote.

I usually forget to vote. Shame on me! Thanks for reminding me, FFWF.

Anyone seen a good movie recently? Read a good book? Listening to some good music?
Just trying to keep the discussion going.

I haven't really seen a decent movie recently. I saw The Happening, but that hardly counts (I swear, his first 3 movies were fantastic, and then he went downhill).

I just finished Night Watch by Sergei Lukyanenko. It's a kind of urban fantasy novel set in Moscow. It focuses more on intricate plans/manipulations and philosophical discussions of good and evil than it does on action (which is why I really liked it).

And I just discovered Re: Your Brains. It's a humor song written by Johnathan Coulton, about a zombie trying to convince a former coworker to come outside and get eaten. Very funny.

It is very funny. I have just listened to it. Thank you for telling me about him.

I bought The Night Watch today. The way you described it, it seems like something I would like.

Tell me what you think of it when you're done. I'll admit: it's not really a book for everybody. So I would completely understand if you thought I was crazy for liking it.
